Are the cost of transportations, food and drinks and admission fees included in the private tours?
The cost of transportations, food and drinks and admission fees are all excluded in the private tours. Based on our experience, however, these costs are usually minimal. We can also give you a rough quote for what the costs would look like!
This will be my first time in Hong Kong and I’m clueless about which places I should visit and see. What kind of tour would fit me best?
Private tours are great for those who want to get a customised adventure that's designed to fit their tastes. Otherwise, our group walking food tours are great for those who want to get on an intensive eating adventure during their trip, at an affordable price.
I’m a vegetarian / vegan. Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions, we suggest you to book a private tour so we can accommodate to your dietary needs. Unfortunately our group walking tours cannot be catered based on each individual's dietary needs.

Definitely! Lots of our guests love to take a short tour during their layover in Hong Kong, even if it's only for 2 to 3 hours. Just fill in the booking form and we'll make it happen!
Do you accept last minute booking?
We certainly do! Directly email us at info@hkfoodcrawlers.com to speed things up and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Should I tip my tour guide at the end of my tour?
Gratuity is not mandatory as we pride in giving you an unforgettable experience in Hong Kong. We only accept tipping at your discretion.
Do I need to reserve my spot in advance for the group tour?
Group tours typically sell out quickly so we recommend you to book in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Something came up last minute so I can’t make it to my private tour anymore. Can I cancel my tour and get a refund?
All cancellations made 5 days prior to the time of your tour will receive a FULL REFUND.
All cancellations made 3 days prior to the time of your tour will receive a 50% refund.
All cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the time of your tour will receive NO REFUND.
If you fail to show up at the time of your tour (with a 15-minute buffer), you are responsible to pay the full fee. There will be no refund. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.
What if there's bad weather on the day of the tour?
If the day of the tour happens to have bad weather condition, we'll contact you 3 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time through email, phone calls or text. We have the final say to decide if we'll carry on the scheduled tour. You'll get a full refund if the cancellation is made by us.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 / 10, Red / Black Rainstorm signal is issued, tours will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be made.
